Blue Springs Brewing Co. announced the return of their Mardi Gras inspired "King Cake Cream Ale". Blue Springs head brewer Tim Nolan, and members of our Brewed Local team came up with the idea for this beer a few years ago in support of local Mardi Gras celebrations taking place in Historic Downtown Sanford Florida.
